Grow My Own Veg
Reasons:
- Organic
- Fresh = nutrient rich
- No air miles
- Connects me with nature
- No preservatives or additives
Plant-based Diet
Reasons:
- Environmental benefits
- Health benefits
- Don’t particularly like meat
- Don’t want to eat animals
Eating ‘Real Food’
Reasons:
- Wholefood is nutrient rich
- Wholefood supports a healthy body
- Preservatives are often chemicals which are not good for you
Foraging

Reasons:
- Seasonal
- Local
- Free
- Food you can’t buy in shops
- Connects me with nature
